Iain Logue,Operations Director, AWG Property Ltd said: ÒWe are delighted to welcome the Prison Service to the park and the jobs that the letting will bring to South Wales. CS1000 has been designed to the very highest specifications and promises to provide a first class working environment. ÒThe deal is reflective of the high level of interest we are currently receiving for Celtic Springs, proving there is a strong demand for high quality A grade office accommodation in South Wales. ÒInterest has been such that CS5000, our office village on the park is now 50% let and plans are well underway for further speculative developments to capture the current high demand for superior office accommodation.
