the entrance to the Baglan Energy Park with
direct access off the M4 motorway at Junction
41.
The location is a prime
one well served by road and rail. The building
is clearly visible from the M4 motorway and
provides a 'GATEWAY' to the whole Baglan Energy
Park site. The towns of Neath and Port Talbot
are four and five miles away, with the city
of Swansea ten miles to the west.
