The site has been marketed and
developed since 1995. To date occupiers include:
Tesco(650,000 sq ft.), and Wilkinson(850,000 sq.
ft.). Planning permission has been granted to
Lidl (323,500 sq. ft.)
Agents Knight Frank (Cardiff)
and Hutchings & Thomas (Newport) are actively
marketing the remainder of the site.
Planning permission ( subject
to a s106 agreement) for a railfreight terminal
was granted in 1998 but not implemented.
